The Arizona P.E.O. Project Fund Association (the "Association") is a nonprofit association organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, making distributions to individuals or organizations that qualify as exempt entities under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or the corresponding provision of any future United States federal income tax law (the "Code"). The following funds are included in the Association: 1) Arizona State Chapter Scholarship Funds - a) Elizabeth LaForce Grant Fund, and b) Jacqueline Dawson Scholarship Fund; and 2) Arizona State Chapter Charitable Funds - a) Faith McKee Fund, and b) Jean Bahde Hillding Endowment Fund.
