THE FOUNDATION WAS ORGANIZED TO FACILITATE AND AUGMENT THE DELIVERY OF SERVICES AND PROGRAMS OF INLAND COUNTIES REGIONAL CENTER, INC. A CALIFORNIA NONPROFIT CORPORATION THAT AIDS AND ASSISTS THE DEVELPMENTALLY DISABLED. THE FOUNDATION HAS CONTRACTED WITH THE REGIONAL CENTER TO DEVELOP, BUILD AND HAVE AVAILABLE FOR OCCUPANCY RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES THROUGHOUT CALIFORNIA, FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE MILD TO PROFOUND DISABILITIES DUE TO MENTAL RETARDATION, CEREBRAL PALSY, EPILEPSY, AUTISM OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL OR DEVELOPMENTAL DELAYS.
