THE MISSION OF BREAD FOR THE CITY IS TO HELP WASHINGTON, D.C. RESIDENTS LIVING WITH LOW INCOME TO DEVELOP THE POWER TO DETERMINE THE FUTURE OF THEIR OWN COMMUNITIES.
