IN ADDITION TO JOB PLACEMENT AND SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT, WE WILL RUN A RETAIL E-COMMERCE ONLINE STORE TO SELL RETAIL GOODS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND TRAIN DISABLED WORKERS IN JOB SKILLS, SUCH AS CUSTOMER SERVICE, RETAIL AND E-COMMERCE. WE WILL PURCHASE AND SELL GOODS IN ACCORDANCE TO BENEFIT JOB SKILLS TRAINING AND DONATE WORK CLOTHING AND GOODS TO DISABLED WORKERS AND THOSE IN NEED OF CLOTHING AND SUPPLIES TO BECOME SELF SUFFICIENT. IN 2024 ALONE, WE HELPED APPROXIMATELY 100 DISABLED INDIVIDUALS IN PERMANENT JOBS AND JOB TRAINING INTERNSHIPS.

RESTORE NYC IS FOCUSED ON PROVIDING HOLISTIC LONG-TERM AFTERCARE SERVICES FOR SURVIVORS OF SEX TRAFFICKING IN NEW YORK CITY. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH IDENTIFYING INDIVIDUALS TRAFFICKED AND OFFERING COUNSELING, CASE MANAGEMENT, HOUSING, AND ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT SERVICES. WE MEASURE IMPACT TO IMPROVE OUR SERVICES AND SHARE OUR LEARNINGS THROUGH TARGETED TRAININGS TO FRONT-LINE PROFESSIONALS WHO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO IDENTIFY MORE SURVIVORS OF TRAFFICKING.
