BY TRANSITIONING INTO A FULL-YEAR, VOLUNTEER AND STAFFED PROGRAM, THE ORGANIZATION HAS EVOLVED INTO BUILDING POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH ADVOCACY, SOCIAL SUPPORTS AND SPORTS AND EMPOWERMENT. BROTHER'S KEEPER SHALL PROVIDE AN EDUCATIONAL DAY PROGRAM THAT FACILITATES THE CONTINUED INTELLECTUAL, VOCATIONAL, SOCIAL, SPIRITUAL, AND PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT OF ADULTS WITH MILD TO MODERATE INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES. IN RECOGNITION OF EACH INDIVIDUAL'S UNIQUE, GOD-GIVEN VALUE, ALL TRAINING AND EDUCATION SHALL BE TAILORED TO SUIT THE SPECIAL ABILITIES AND SPECIAL NEEDS OF EACH ADULT SO AS TO MAXIMIZE THEIR OPPORTUNITIES TO LEARN AND SUCCEED.
