WITH SUPPORT AND COMMITMENT FROM OUR MEMBERS AS OUR FOUNDATION, WE ARE DRIVEN TO PROVIDE QUALITY RESOURCES TO THE TACTICAL COMMUNITY. IT IS OUR GOAL TO RESEARCH AND DEVELOP INNOVATIVE TECHNIQUES AND METHODS OF OPERATION RELATED TO TACTICAL OPERATIONS, AND PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF TRAINING PROGRAMS.
