FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF UNITING THOSE ENGAGED IN THE RECOGNIZED BRANCHES OF THE REAL ESTATE PROFESSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXERTING A BENEFICIAL INFLUENCE UPON THE PROFESSION AND RELATED INTERESTS, PROMOTING AND MAINTAINING HIGH STANDARDS OF CONDUCT IN THE REAL ESTATE PROFESSION, WHEREBY THEIR INTERESTS MAY BE SAFEGUARDED AND ADVANCED. THE ASSOCIATION ADVOCATES FOR THE RIGHTS OF PRIVATE OWNERSHIP AND PROMOTES A POSITIVE REALTOR IMAGE. IT SERVES ITS MEMBERS BY PROVIDING EDUCATION AND TRAINING, CREATING AWARENESS THROUGH COMMUNICATION, ENFORCING THE CODE OF ETHICS, AND PROMOTING PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS. THE ASSOCIATION SERVICES A GEOGRAPHICAL AREA ENCOMPASSING ALL OF HIGH POINT, NC AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS. IT HAD 565 ACTIVE MEMBERS AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2024.
