THE ASSOCIATION WAS FORMED SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUPPORTING A PROGRAM FOR THE TRAINING AND EDUCATION OF ELECTRICAL APPRENTICES AND JOURNEYMEN AND PROGRAMS IN FURTHERANCE THEREOF. IT IS TO DEFRAY THE COSTS OF APPRENTICESHIP AND TRAINING PROGRAMS ESTABLISHED UNDER PROVISIONS OF THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS (IBEW) LOCAL NO. 265 AND THE NEBRASKA CHAPTER OF THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION (NECA).
