THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO CARRY ON A PROGRAM OF PREVENTION OF ABUSE AND NEGLECT OF CHILDREN BY ASSISTING IN THE PROCUREMENT AND TRAINING OF COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS TO SERVE AS COURT APPOINTED SPECIAL ADVOCATES IN EDDY COUNTY (ARTESIA AND CARLSBAD), NEW MEXICO AREA.
