THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROMOTES THE IMPORTANCE OF SPAYING AND NEUTERING ALL CATS, WHETHER FERAL OR NON-FERAL, AND FOSTERS AND PLACES FOR ADOPTION CATS FOUND TO BE ADOPTABLE THROUGH TNR EFFORTS. THE LONG-TERM GOAL IS TO REDUCE BOTH THE NUMBER OF CATS EUTHANIZED AND THE OVERALL FERAL CAT POPULATION IN DUPAGE COUNTY.
