IMPL Project's mission is to improve humanitarian, stabilization, and developmental programming through cutting edge implementation and M&E strategies, rigorously document successes and failures in the field for scholarly publication of theories, mentor local civil society groups in data collection, standardization, reporting, and best practices, advocate for data-driven programming, collaboration, transparency, and cross-sectoral solutions, sponsor research and development, and to train the next generation of field practitioners.
