Mission and programs

Jerusalem Farm is a Catholic intentional community in Kansas Citys Historic Northeast focused on housing justice workforce development and sustainability. Through its Dignified Housing program the organization repairs homes for low-income residents restores abandoned properties and sells homes affordably through a Community Land Trust to promote generational stability. The Dignified Workforce hires and trains local residents including immigrants and refugees at a living wage and offers pre-apprenticeship opportunities for careers in construction.
