THE UNIVERSITY WILL PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUAL SELF-IMPROVEMENT IN A RAPIDLY CHANGING TECHNOLOGICAL WORLD, WHILE MAINTAINING THE CULTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE OJIBWE.
