The Center was created to provide general advice and guidance of legal rights to victims of crime. The Center focuses on victim advocacy and legal advocacy programs which inform victims of their lawful rights, provide legal referrals and social services to eligible victims, provide support and encouragement to victims, and facilitate healing and resolution for victims and survivors.
