IN ADDITION TO COMPLYING TO CALIFORNIA'S WORKER'S COMPENSATION LAWS, THE ORGANIZATION WAS CREATED TO PROVIDE COVERED EMPLOYEES, WHO HAVE CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURIES AND OCCUPATIONAL DISEASES, WITH IMPROVED ACCESS TO HIGH-QUALITY MEDICAL CARE. THE ORGANIZATION STRIVES TO REDUCE THE NUMBER AND SEVERITY OF DISPUTES. NOT ONLY IS THE ORGANIZATION EFFECTIVE IN ITS ABILITY TO PREVENT DISPUTES AND PROVIDE EFFICIENT RESOLUTIONS, IT WAS ALSO ABLE TO ESTABLISH A SYSTEM FOR MEDICAL CASE DELIVERY. THIS SYSTEM CAN BE USED BY AN EMPLOYER WHO IS IN A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT WITH THE SERVICE EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL LOCAL 1877 IN CALIFORNIA. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO ASSISTS IN THE REPRESENTATION OF EMPLOYERS WITH INSURANCE CARRIERS DURING ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION.
