The focus of the club is to provide nordic skiers with coaching, training, and ski racing support for all ages and abilities. Coaches are hired and paid, payroll taxes are paid, and insurance is taken out to cover coaches and participants. Coaches are reimbursed for travel, education, and supplies. Athletes go to races with some of their expenses (need-based reductions) reimbursed. Pro team members are reimbursed for some fraction of their expenses. There are approximately 300 members.
