Auction Checkout Reconciliation Worksheet

A post-event checkout worksheet that ties winners to winning bids, amount collected, payment method, the difference, receipt status, and a fund or program code.

Put it to work

Using this template.

This is a checkout reconciliation worksheet. It is the after-event tie-out, not a payment processor. AlignMint does not charge winners. Guests cannot bid inside AlignMint; bidding happens on paper or in a specialist auction tool, and payment is collected in whatever system your event uses.

Each row carries the item number, winner, winning bid, fair market value, amount collected, payment method, the difference between the winning bid and the amount collected, whether a receipt was sent, and a fund or program code. Use the difference column to catch an uncollected balance or an overpayment before you close the event.

Code every row to the fund or program that should receive the proceeds. A fiscal sponsor can put the fund or program code on the sponsored project so the auction income lands on the right project rather than in a general bucket. The fair market value stays on the row so an acknowledgment can describe the item without the organization stating a value.
