This is an auction item catalog worksheet. It is a planning and listing file, not live auction software. Guests cannot bid inside AlignMint. Bidding happens on paper or in a specialist auction tool, and this catalog is where you organize what will be offered.
Each row carries the item number, name, category, description, fair market value, starting bid, increment, buy-now, the donor or source, and a status. Use status to track an item from Requested to Confirmed to Received so nothing is printed in the program before it is in hand.
Keep the item number consistent across the catalog, the bid sheet, and the checkout worksheet so a single item is easy to follow from solicitation through pickup. The donor or source column also tells you who to acknowledge after the event.
