Using this template.
This is a bid sheet worksheet, not live auction software. Print one sheet per item, or keep one row per item in the sheet, and let guests write their bidder number, name, phone, and bid amount by hand. Guests cannot place bids inside AlignMint. Bidding happens on paper or in a specialist auction tool.
The item block carries the item number, name, description, fair market value, starting bid, minimum increment, and an optional buy-now price. Set the starting bid and minimum increment before you print so each new bid clears the one above it. Leave the buy-now price blank when an item has no instant-win option.
After the event, move the winning bidder and amount into the checkout reconciliation worksheet. Keep the fair market value with the item so your acknowledgments can describe the property without stating a value the organization did not set.
