Build Your Event

Create events in minutes with Alignmint's intuitive event builder. Configure everything from basic details to complex registration requirements.

Creating a New Event

  1. Navigate to Marketing → Events & Ticketing
  2. Click "Create Event"
  3. Choose your event type (Simple, Standard, Retreat, Camp, Trip, Gala, or Auction)

  4. Fill in event details (name, date, time, location)
  5. Add a description and cover image
  6. Configure ticket types and pricing
  7. Set up registration fields
  8. Add any checklist requirements
  9. Save and publish

Event Details

  • Event Name: The public-facing title of your event

  • Date & Time: Start and end times, with timezone support

  • Location: Physical address or "Virtual" for online events

  • Description: Rich text description with formatting

  • Cover Image: Hero image displayed on the registration page

  • Capacity: Maximum number of attendees (optional)

  • Registration Deadline: Cut-off date for new registrations

Custom Registration Fields

Collect the information you need from registrants:

  • Text fields (name, dietary restrictions, etc.)
  • Dropdown selections
  • Checkboxes
  • File uploads (for documents or photos)
  • Emergency contact information

Event Status

  • Draft: Event is being built, not visible to public

  • Published: Registration is open

  • Closed: Registration is closed but event hasn't occurred

  • Completed: Event has concluded

  • Cancelled: Event was cancelled
