Track the health of your nonprofit with key performance indicators and trend analysis.

Donation Metrics

• Total Revenue: Sum of all donations for the period
• Average Gift: Mean donation amount
• Median Gift: Middle donation amount (less affected by outliers)
• Gift Count: Number of individual donations

Donor Metrics

• Donor Retention Rate: Percentage of donors who gave again
• Donor Acquisition: New donors added in the period
