Quick Answer: Document Requests

Document Requests let you send fillable, signable forms to staff, board members, or outside parties. Upload a document, place text, date, and signature fields on the page, and send a secure one-time link. Recipients complete and sign online, and you receive a finished, locked copy back.

Available on Plus, Pro, and Enterprise from the Tools hub. It is separate from Waiver Management, which is built for event and volunteer releases. Save completed documents to My Files for shared, organized storage.

Plus or above. Staff need edit access to create requests.

Collect Signed Documents

Start a new request, upload your form, and drag fields where each person needs to type or sign. Add one or more recipients, set an optional password and expiration date, and send. Everyone gets their own secure link and only sees the fields assigned to them.

What You Can Do

  • Upload a document and place text, number, date, and signature fields
  • Send to internal or external recipients with an optional password and expiry
  • Assign separate fields to multiple signers on the same document
  • Track status from draft to sent, completed, cancelled, or expired
  • Resend, cancel, download the finished copy, or save it to My Files

Good to Know

Each recipient link works once, and completed documents come back flattened so they cannot be altered. Use Document Requests for board consents, vendor forms, and staff paperwork; use Digital Waivers when you need repeatable event or volunteer releases with reminders.
