Public Calendar Signup

Quick Answer: Public Calendar Signup

Public Calendar Signup is the visitor page for one published My Calendar event. Guests see the title, time, location or virtual meeting, remaining spots, and the fields you set, then submit without a staff login.

This is not a booking page that offers a grid of open slots. Booking pages live in Public Scheduling. Staff create and publish the event from My Calendar in My Workspace.

Included with My Calendar on Free and above. A full event blocks further signups.

What visitors see

Share the public calendar event link from My Calendar after you enable signup on that event. Visitors open the page, complete the fields, and confirm. Confirmation times match the event’s time zone.

If the event is full, AlignMint stops new signups so you do not overbook.

What You Can Do

  • Publish one calendar event with a public signup link
  • Set remaining spots and the signup fields visitors must complete
  • Show location or a virtual meeting on the public page
  • Block further signups when the event is full

How this differs from other booking tools

Public Scheduling is for “pick a time that is open on my calendar.” Group Scheduling is for voting among proposed times. Public Calendar Signup is for “this specific event, sign up if a spot remains.”

Good to Know

Create the event and turn on public signup in My Calendar first. Then copy the link for email, your website, or print. Pair with Video Conferencing when the event should include a Google Meet link.
