Notes is a personal writing space inside My Workspace for meeting notes, plans, and reminders. Organize notes into folders, pin the ones you use most, archive the rest, and share individual notes with teammates as view-only or editable.

Notes is included on every plan, including Free. It sits alongside Messenger for quick conversations and My Files for documents you need to store or send. There is no separate note-taking subscription to add.

Create a note, write with a rich editor, and let autosave keep your work safe as you type. If a tab closes unexpectedly, a local draft helps you recover recent changes. Group notes into folders, pin priorities to the top, and archive older material to keep your list clean.

Good to Know

Notes shared with you appear in your root view even when the owner filed them in a private folder, so you never lose track of a shared plan. Use Notes for working documents and Board Meetings when you need formal minutes with approvals and a permanent record.
