Data Sync & Exports

Get Your Data Out

Your data belongs to you. Alignmint makes it easy to export your data in standard formats anytime you need it—for external reporting, analysis, sharing with your accountant, or keeping a backup. There are no export fees and no lock-in.

Export Options

• Donors: Full contact list with giving summary, last gift date, lifetime total, and communication preferences. CSV format.
• Donations: Complete transaction history with donor name, date, amount, fund, payment method, and receipt status. CSV format.
• Volunteers: Volunteer profiles with contact info, hours, skills, and group assignments. CSV format.
• Financial Reports: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and all other reports in PDF or Excel format
• General Ledger: Every journal entry with full detail in CSV or Excel
• Full Backup: Request a complete export of all your data across all modules

How to Export

Most pages in Alignmint have an "Export" button in the top right corner. Click it, choose your format (CSV, PDF, or Excel depending on the module), and the file downloads immediately.

Scheduled Exports

Use Automatic Email Reports to have key financial reports delivered to your inbox on a schedule (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or year-end).
