Creating a Campaign

1. Navigate to Marketing → Email Blast
2. Click "New Campaign"
3. Enter campaign name and subject line
4. Select a template or start from scratch
5. Compose your email content
6. Add images, videos, or donation links
7. Select your recipients
8. Preview and send (or schedule)

Recipient Options

• All Donors: Everyone in your donor database

• All Volunteers: Your volunteer list

• All Prospects: Potential donors you're cultivating

• Active Donors: Donated in the last 12 months

• Major Donors: Above your defined threshold

• Custom Segments: Build your own audience

• Individual: Send to a specific email address

Personalization Tokens

Make emails personal with merge fields:

• - Recipient's first name

• - Full name

• - Your nonprofit's name

• - Event name (if promoting an event)

• - Event date
