Built-In Task Manager

The To-Do List lives right on your dashboard so you never lose track of what needs to get done. Create tasks for yourself or assign them to team members.

Creating Tasks

  • Title & Description: Give each task a clear name and optional details

  • Priority: Mark tasks as High (red), Medium (yellow), or Low (green)

  • Due Date: Set a deadline so nothing slips through the cracks

  • Assign to Someone: Delegate tasks to other team members—they'll get a notification

  • Recurring Tasks: Set tasks to repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly

  • Organization: Link tasks to a specific nonprofit or leave them general

Automatic Tasks

Alignmint creates tasks for you automatically. For example, when a large donation comes in that exceeds your alert threshold, a high-priority "Thank [Donor Name]" task is created with their contact info so you can follow up right away.

Notifications

  • Task Assigned: Get notified when someone assigns you a task

  • Due Tomorrow: Reminder the day before a task is due

  • Overdue: Alert when a task is past its due date
