Self-Learning AI

Quick Answer: Self-Learning AI

Minty gets smarter over time. When it encounters questions it doesn't recognize, it learns new patterns automatically so it can answer them next time.

Minty Gets Smarter Over Time

Minty AI has a built-in learning system. When users ask questions that Minty doesn't immediately recognize, it remembers those questions and learns how to handle them in the future.

How It Works

  1. You ask a question Minty doesn't have a pattern for
  2. Minty still answers using its general knowledge, but logs the question

  3. When enough similar questions come in, the system automatically creates a new pattern

  4. Next time someone asks a similar question, Minty responds faster and more accurately

What This Means for You

  • The more your team uses Minty, the better it gets at understanding your specific needs

  • Common questions get faster, more precise answers over time
  • You don't need to do anything—the learning happens automatically in the background

Quality Controls

New patterns are only added when the system is confident they're accurate. Low-confidence patterns are reviewed before being activated, so Minty won't learn bad habits.
