Campaign Fund Tracking

The Fundraiser Ledger shows you exactly how donated funds are being used for each campaign or fundraiser. It gives donors and board members full transparency into how their money is spent.

What It Shows

Total Donations: All donations received for this campaign
Total Expenses: All expenses charged against this campaign
Net Balance: Available funds remaining
Utilization: Percentage of donated funds that have been spent

How It Works

When you create a donation page (fundraiser), Alignmint automatically links it to a fund purpose. Donations made through that page and expenses tagged to that purpose all show up in the ledger, giving you a complete picture of money in vs. money out.

Transaction History

The ledger shows a combined timeline of all donations and expenses, color-coded green for income and red for expenses, so you can see exactly when funds came in and went out.
