Start a Free account from the pricing page, or visit getalignmint.org/demo when you want a setup call first. On that call, the team confirms your organization details and walks you through the Dashboard.

What Free Includes

The Free plan costs $0 and supports nonprofits processing up to $100K in annual donations. You get one signed-in teammate, the Dashboard, Minty, My Workspace entry, donation management, custom giving pages, CRM and contacts, and fundraising tools. The chart of accounts is available on Plus, Pro, and Enterprise.

When to Upgrade to Plus or Pro

Move to Plus for fund accounting, the Tools hub, reports, or up to ten teammates. Donor Payment Management, Fund Management, and similar Administration tools are available on PlusProEnterprise. Plus supports up to $250K in annual donations. Pro adds sub-funds, the Form 990 Builder, priority support, and up to twenty-five teammates for organizations handling up to $2.5M in annual gifts. Enterprise is for fiscal sponsors and larger organizations that need custom seat counts and multiple entities.

AlignMint does not charge per-seat fees. Each plan still has a teammate limit: one on Free, ten on Plus, twenty-five on Pro. Enterprise seat counts are set with your agreement.

Your First Week

1. Confirm your organization name and EIN under Settings → Organization

2. Record a test gift or connect secure online payments so donors can give online

3. Invite teammates from Administration when you are ready to share access

4. If you are moving from another system, review importing your data before you enter years of history by hand
