Custom Recipient Lists

Mailing Lists let you build targeted groups of recipients for your email, SMS, and letter campaigns. Instead of sending to everyone, create focused lists based on any criteria you choose.

Building a List

• From Donors: Pull in donors based on giving history, tags, or status

• From Contacts: Add non-donor contacts from your Contacts CRM

• From Prospects: Include prospects from your cultivation pipeline

• Manual Selection: Hand-pick specific people for your list

• spreadsheet Import: Upload a spreadsheet of recipients

Filtering Options

• By donor tag (e.g., "Major Donor", "Board Member", "Event Attendee")

• By giving level or amount range
• By last donation date
• By location or zip code
• By communication preference

Using Lists in Campaigns

When creating an email, SMS, or letter campaign, select one of your saved mailing lists as the recipient group. The campaign will be sent to everyone on that list. You can also combine multiple lists or exclude specific people.

List Management
