For organizations already using Aplos accounting software, Alignmint can sync data to maintain consistency across systems.
What Syncs
- Chart of Accounts: Keep account structures aligned
- Transactions: Push donations and expenses to Aplos
- Contacts: Sync donor information
- Fund Balances: Reconcile fund totals
Setting Up Sync
- Navigate to Administration → Integrations
- Click "Connect Aplos"
- Enter your Aplos login credentials
- Map your accounts and funds
- Configure sync frequency
Sync Options
- Real-time: Sync immediately when transactions are posted
- Daily: Batch sync once per day
- Manual: Sync on demand
