Vendor Management

The Vendors CRM in the People Hub helps you track every vendor your nonprofit works with—from office supply companies to contractors to service providers.

Vendor Profiles

  • Contact Information: Company name, address, phone, email, website
  • Payment Terms: Net 30, Net 60, or custom terms
  • Tax ID (W-9): Store vendor tax identification numbers for 1099 reporting
  • Notes: Add internal notes about the vendor relationship

Transaction History

See all expenses and bills associated with each vendor. Track total spending by vendor over any time period.

Linking to Expenses & Bills

When you record an expense or create a bill, select the vendor from your list. This automatically links the transaction to the vendor's profile for easy reporting and 1099 preparation.

1099 Preparation

At year-end, use the vendor list to identify vendors who received $600 or more in payments and need a 1099 form.
