Overview

Global Alerts is the admin UI for creating one-time popup announcements that appear to users inside the app.

Current Runtime Behavior

active and past alerts are split into two tabs
alerts can target all users or specific child funds
alerts can be published immediately or scheduled for later
admins can edit, deactivate, or delete existing alerts
parent-org admins are notified when an immediate alert is created

Data Shape Notes

Each alert tracks title, rich-text message, audience, target funds, schedule, and dismissal state.
