Global Alerts lets admins create one-time popup announcements that appear to users inside the app. Use it for system-wide notices, policy updates, or time-sensitive announcements that need visibility beyond email or Messenger.

What You Can Do

Create alerts: Add a title and rich-text message for your announcement
Target audience: Send to all users or limit to specific child funds
Schedule: Publish immediately or set a future date and time
Manage: Edit, deactivate, or delete existing alerts from the active or past tabs

Where to Find It

Open Administration → Global Alerts. Parent-org admins are notified when an immediate alert is created.

Good to Know

Global Alerts is for app-wide announcements that require user acknowledgment. For ongoing team communication, use Messenger.
