Database is the unified people view in My Workspace. Every donor, volunteer, prospect, and guest is a single person record with role badges — not a duplicate row in separate lists — so you update contact details once and see a complete picture of each relationship.

Available on every plan for staff who can view donors, prospects, or volunteers. It complements the focused Donor CRM, People CRM, and prospect tools, and feeds the Household Giving Report when you link related people.

Included on all plans; edits follow each person's role permissions.

One Record Per Person

Search and filter everyone by role, life stage, household, or tag, then open a profile to see giving, hours, prospect notes, and compliance in one place. Assign roles with a quick add so a volunteer who starts giving becomes a donor without a second record.

Global search routes people results to the Database profile, giving you a single front door to everyone in your organization. Edits still respect permissions, so recording a gift or adjusting volunteer hours uses the same rules as the Donor CRM and volunteer tools.
