Reports
The Reports hub groups financial statements, fund stewardship, donor analytics, and operations reports. Star favorites so the statements you use most stay at the top.
Open Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Donor Reports, Payroll Summary, or Event Financial Report from the grouped sections.
Standard reports are available on PlusProEnterprise with fund accounting. ProEnterprise add multi-fund statements such as Balance Sheet by Fund and Income Statement by Fund for a parent organization. Fund Analytics opens on ProEnterprise. Many live reports support drill-down into the ledger, PDF export, and spreadsheet download.
Some Reports hub tiles are not open yet; use the live statements above for close until those pages ship.

What You Can Do
- Open balance sheet, income statement, donor, volunteer, and event reports that appear as live hub tiles
- Filter dates and funds consistently across tools
- Save a named view on Balance Sheet and Income Statement so your filters come back next time
- Export PDF or spreadsheet where supported
- Jump from a report line into the underlying ledger when drill-down is available
Saved views
Named views currently restore date ranges, filters, and display options on Balance Sheet and Income Statement only. Other reports do not save views yet. Look for Saved Views under Favorites on the hub when those two statements are in use.
Common Tasks
Build a monthly board packet
- Star Balance Sheet and Income Statement in Reports. Star Fund Analytics on ProEnterprise.
- Run each report for the board month and export PDFs.
- Share those files by email. Recurring Reports is available on ProEnterprise, and AlignMint does not generate or email those reports yet.
Good to Know

Some tiles, like Donation Settlement, are only for main-organization finance access.
Event revenue rolls up in Event Financial Report when you use Events & Ticketing.
