Liability waivers, consent forms, and volunteer agreements are essential for protecting your organization. Alignmint's Digital Waivers feature lets you create, send, and track waiver signatures entirely online—no paper, no printing, no chasing people down for missing forms.

Creating Waivers

• Templates: Start from a pre-built template or upload your own PDF waiver document
• Custom Text: Write or paste your waiver language directly into the editor
• Signature Field: The signer types their full legal name and the date is recorded automatically
• Checkboxes: Add acknowledgment checkboxes for specific terms or conditions
• Multiple Waivers: Create different waivers for different activities (e.g., general liability, photo release, medical consent)

Collecting Signatures

• Magic Links: Send a link via email that takes the signer directly to the waiver—no login or account required
• Volunteer Portal: Volunteers see required unsigned waivers when they log in and can sign them right there
• On-Site Signing: Pull up the waiver on a tablet or phone at an event for in-person signing
• Reminders: Automatically send reminders to people who haven't signed yet

Tracking & Status

• Signed/Unsigned: See at a glance who has signed each waiver and who hasn't
• Notifications: Get notified when someone completes a waiver

Exporting

Download any signed waiver as a PDF document for your records. Export a list of all waivers and their status to CSV for compliance reporting.

Where to Find It

Manage waivers from the People Hub or from the Waiver Management tool in the Tools hub. You can also access waiver status directly from any volunteer's profile page.
