Digital Waivers

Digital Waivers let participants sign on mobile before events using a signing link or at registration time on the public event page. Signed PDFs stay organized for risk and compliance. Administrators build templates in Waiver Management. Staff and volunteers sign assigned items in Sign Waivers.

Waiver signing is available on PlusProEnterprise. Event registration can require waivers before payment—see Registration & Check-in. Volunteers may also sign through the Volunteer Portal. Enterprise fiscal sponsors use the same tools across Multi-Organization Management when each organization runs its own events.

Collect e-signatures on waivers before events with mobile-friendly signing flows. Public guests do not use the Tools Sign Waivers page—they open the link you send or complete the waiver during checkout.

Good to Know

Administration: Waiver Management for template setup. If a teammate still needs to sign, send them to Sign Waivers rather than the template editor. Public signing URLs stay on the AlignMint waiver path; keep those links private to the people who should sign.
