Common Tasks

Draft a new application packet

1. Open Fundraising → Grant Assistant and confirm Strategy is current.
2. Pick an opportunity and click Build draft.
3. Edit each section, export the packet, and submit through the funder’s own portal.

Record an award after the funder says yes

1. Open the draft you used for the application.
2. Click record award with amount, dates, and restriction details.
3. Continue drawdowns and reporting in Grants Receivable.
