Recurring Reports

Recurring Reports is the Reports hub desk where you save a schedule. Available on ProEnterprise.

Open Reports → Recurring Reports. You can save a schedule there. AlignMint does not generate or email those reports yet. Run the live statements in Reports, export PDF or spreadsheet, and send the files yourself.

Immediate gift or task alerts stay in Notifications. Those alerts are not a scheduled report.

What you can set up

Pick a supported live report, save the filters and date rule, choose a cadence, and name internal recipients. Weekly or monthly is only part of the cadence choices. The schedule list includes live financial, fund, donor, settlement, DAF, and event reports. Aging schedules are for organizations on accrual or modified accrual.

Payroll Summary stays off that list. Close Packet and Trial Balance are not offered as new schedules. Donor Reports does not yet send one packet per donor from this desk.

Good to Know

Saved schedules stay on the desk. AlignMint does not generate or email those reports yet. Use live statements for close, and pair with Donor Reports when each recipient needs donor-level detail you can run today.
