Available Reports
- Weekly Donation Summary: Total raised, donation count, top donors, and breakdown by organization
- Monthly Income Statement: Total income, expenses, and net income with category breakdowns
- Quarterly Review: Three-month overview with income by month and top expense categories
- Year-End Summary: Full-year totals, donor counts, income by quarter, and top donors
- Donation Alerts: Real-time email when a donation exceeds your chosen threshold (for example, any gift over $500)
Setting Your Preferences
Go to your notification settings to choose which reports you want and how often. You can turn each report on or off individually.
Role-Based Data
Reports automatically show the right data based on your role:
- Organization Admins: See totals across all funds and entities
- Fund Users: See only their own organization's data
