Scheduled Campaigns

Scheduling is built into the Email Builder review step. Choose a date and time instead of Send Now; Alignmint stores rendered HTML for the scheduler while keeping builder JSON when available so you can reopen drafts. Scheduled sends honor household dedupe flags and mailing-list membership the same way immediate sends do.

What You Can Do

• Schedule stewardship or appeal emails hours or weeks ahead
• Edit subject, content, or recipients until the campaign status leaves scheduled
• Cancel back to draft if plans change
• Duplicate a prior sent campaign and schedule the copy for a new date

Common Tasks

Schedule a Sunday evening thank-you

1. Build the campaign through Review in Fundraising → Email Campaigns.
2. Choose Schedule, pick date and time in your local context, and confirm.
3. Return later to edit or cancel before the send window if needed.

Good to Know

Alignmint checks due campaigns every few minutes and sends them through the same delivery path as immediate mail, including Minties deduction and unsubscribe handling. Large scheduled batches respect rate limits automatically.

Minties email costs follow your tier at send time (Free/Plus: 1 per email; Pro/Enterprise: 0). Ensure your balance covers the recipient count before the scheduled moment on Plus plans.
