Schedule Emails for Later

Write your email campaign now and schedule it to go out at the perfect time. Great for planning ahead or timing your message for when your audience is most likely to read it.

How to Schedule

  1. Create your email campaign as usual in the Marketing Hub
  2. When you get to the confirmation step, choose "Schedule for Later"
  3. Pick the date and time you want it sent
  4. Click "Schedule Campaign"

Managing Scheduled Campaigns

  • Edit: Change the content or recipients anytime before it sends
  • Reschedule: Pick a different date and time
  • Cancel: Save it back to a draft if you change your mind

How It Works Behind the Scenes

Our system checks for scheduled campaigns every 5 minutes. When it's time, your email is sent automatically—no need to be at your computer.
