Donor Portal
Quick Answer: Donor Portal
Donors use a magic link to review the giving information available to their authenticated donor record, access available receipts or statements, and return to published giving pages. Payment tools appear only when supported for that donor's eligible payment record.
Portal Access
Staff can send a portal login link from a donor record. Donors can also use the public portal login when their email matches an eligible donor record. Portal access remains scoped to the authenticated donor’s linked records.
What Donors May See
- Available giving history, receipts, and contribution statements
- Published giving pages relevant to their organization
- Profile contact fields where editing is enabled
- Provider-hosted payment tools when available for a qualifying payment record
Recurring Payment Help
A payment-management link or hosted tool is not a promise that every self-service change is available. Scheduled cancellation or payment updates may be available when supported; pause, resume, immediate cancellation, amount changes, and billing-day changes are not self-service guarantees. Donors should not send payment details by email.
Good to Know
The portal uses magic-link access rather than a separate donor password. Online payment availability depends on the organization’s parent Giving Setup, the receiving surface, and the current eligibility checks. See Recurring Gifts and Donation Receipts for related guidance.
