Create multiple ticket types with different prices, quantities, and availability windows. Perfect for early bird pricing, VIP packages, or tiered seating.

Creating Ticket Types

1. In the event editor, go to the Tickets section
2. Click "Add Ticket Type"
3. Enter ticket name and description
4. Set the price (or $0 for free events)
5. Set quantity available (or unlimited)
6. Configure sale dates (optional)
7. Save the ticket type

Ticket Options

• Name: e.g., "General Admission", "VIP", "Early Bird"

• Description: What's included with this ticket

• Price: Ticket cost (supports $0 for free)

• Quantity: Number available, or unlimited

• Sale Start/End: When this ticket type is available for purchase

• Min/Max per Order: Limit how many one person can buy

• Visibility: Public or hidden (for special access)

Promo Codes

Create discount codes for special promotions:

• Percentage Off: e.g., 20% discount

• Fixed Amount: e.g., $10 off

• Usage Limits: Total uses or per-person limits

• Expiration: Set when the code expires

• Ticket Restrictions: Apply to specific ticket types only

Inventory Management

Track ticket sales in real-time:

• See sold vs. available for each ticket type
• Automatic sold-out handling
• Waitlist activation when capacity is reached
• Adjust quantities as needed
