Minty Actions

Minty answers questions and points you to the right AlignMint page. It does not take write actions. Ask in plain English, then complete scheduling, mileage, tasks, and record updates yourself in the matching hub.

Minty will not change records

Write actions are disabled. Minty cannot schedule a meeting, log mileage, create a task, update a donor, log volunteer hours, or post accounting entries on your behalf. If an older help article mentioned confirmation prompts for those steps, treat that as outdated.

What to do instead

• Meetings: Create them in Meetings or My Calendar

• Mileage: Log trips in Mileage Tracker

• Follow-ups: Create work in Action Items

• Donor details: Edit the profile in Donor CRM

• Volunteer hours: Log or approve hours from Hour Tracking or the Volunteer Portal

What Minty still helps with

Minty can explain where a workflow lives, summarize numbers you are allowed to see, and open a report or page when there is one clear destination. Use it as a guide, then finish the change on that page.

Safety

• Minty will not delete records
• Minty will not create gifts or journal entries
• Totals and names come from live records you can already access
