Age Buckets

Current: Not yet due
1–30 Days: Slightly past due
31–60 Days: Moderately past due
61–90 Days: Significantly past due
90+ Days: Seriously overdue—may need write-off consideration

What's Included

Unpaid pledge balances from the Pledges Manager
Outstanding grant receivable balances
Any other accounts receivable entries

Using the Report
