Volunteer Applications gives you a dedicated space to accept, review, and manage applications from people who want to volunteer with your organization. It includes a public application form you can share and a review queue where you approve or reject submissions.
Public Application Form
Every organization gets a shareable application link. Send it out in emails, post it on your website, or include it in social media. When someone fills it out, their application lands in your review queue automatically.
- Shareable Link: A unique URL for your organization's application form
- Custom Questions: Add your own questions beyond the standard fields (name, email, phone, address)
- Section Toggles: Turn sections on or off to keep the form as simple or detailed as you need
- Required Fields: Mark which fields are optional and which are mandatory
Review Queue
All submitted applications appear in one place, ready for your review:
- Filter by Status: See pending, approved, or rejected applications
- Search: Find specific applicants by name or email
- Detail Drawer: Click any application to see the full submission with all their answers
- One-Click Actions: Approve or reject directly from the detail view
What Happens After Approval
When you approve an application, a volunteer record is automatically created in your People Hub. The new volunteer can then access the Volunteer Portal to log hours, view events, and manage their profile.
