The dashboard home is a fixed layout: pulse tiles, Goal Momentum, Needs your attention, late recurring gifts, Quick Actions, recent activity, Action Items, and the calendar glance. You do not add or remove those sections, and there is no Change Layout mode. The one thing you customize is the Quick Actions launcher.

Customize Quick Actions

Select Customize on the Quick Actions card. You get a catalog of shortcuts. Drag or use the keyboard to reorder. The first eight actions appear on the dashboard. Reset to defaults restores the standard eight, including Create gift invite after Donor quickstart.

Your order saves on this browser for your signed-in account. It does not change anyone else’s dashboard.

What you cannot rearrange

Pulse tiles, Goal Momentum, Needs your attention, and the calendar glance stay in place so every teammate learns the same home screen. If a tile is missing, it is usually a plan or permission gate—not a hidden layout option.

Good to Know
