Direct Messaging
The Messenger lets you send direct messages to anyone in your organization—right inside Alignmint. No need for a separate chat app.
Key Features
- Real-Time Messages: Messages appear instantly—no refreshing needed
- File Sharing: Attach images, PDFs, spreadsheets, and other documents (up to 5 files per message, 10MB each)
- Notifications: Get notified when you receive a new message

Who Can You Message?
- Organization Admins: Can message anyone across all funds and entities
- Fund Users: Can message people in their own organization and parent org admins
Starting a Conversation
- Go to My Workspace → Messenger
- Click the "New Conversation" button
- Search for the person you want to message
- Start typing!
