Workspace Messenger

Messenger is direct messaging between people in your organization. Keep fundraising and finance questions inside AlignMint instead of personal text threads.

Messenger requires PlusProEnterprise. Open it from My Workspace. On Free, the hub still shows Messenger with an upgrade prompt. Pair with Video Conferencing when a thread should become a scheduled meeting.

Who you can message

You can message teammates who have staff access in your organization. If you manage more than one organization, you only see people you are allowed to contact. Donor and volunteer portal logins are not in Messenger.

What You Can Do

• Send and receive messages with inbox, sent, and drafts folders
• Attach files from your device
• See delivery and read receipts on supported devices
• Use Messenger on desktop and mobile
