My Calendar

My Calendar is your operational calendar inside My Workspace. It brings together your personal events, fund and team events, volunteer and fundraising events, bookings, and connected Google Calendar items so your whole schedule lives in one place.

Available on All plans. It works with Meetings for recurring series, Public Scheduling for donor-facing booking links, and Video Conferencing when an event needs a video link. Board meeting sessions also mirror onto the calendar.

Publish an event for public signup

When you need people to join one specific event—not pick any open slot—turn on public signup for that calendar event and copy the link. Visitors use Public Calendar Signup. Remaining spots and custom fields come from that event. A full event blocks further signups.

That public page is not a booking grid. Booking pages still live in Public Scheduling. Group Scheduling still collects votes among proposed times.

Good to Know

Connect your Google Calendar from your user settings to keep outside meetings and AlignMint events in sync. Use My Calendar for your personal and team schedule, share a booking page through Public Scheduling when someone should reserve a fixed slot, and start a group scheduling poll when several people need to pick among proposed times.
