Cash and investments is a pulse tile on the dashboard. It shows bank and investment totals for the period, compared with the same date last year. Open the Balance Sheet on PlusProEnterprise when you need the accounts behind that number.
What the tile shows
The home screen always includes this tile. It is not something you add from an edit mode. The figure is your bank accounts plus investments for the period you picked, next to the same date last year.
The tile follows the same time period as the rest of the dashboard. Switch funds in the header when you want one fund, or stay on the combined view when your role includes more than one organization.
Open the Balance Sheet
Open Balance Sheet when a board member asks for the accounts behind the headline number. That report is available on Plus, Pro, and Enterprise.
Plan availability
Cash and investments is available on PlusProEnterprise. Free still shows donation metrics and other dashboard tiles. The cash figure follows posted activity. Drafts stay out until they are posted.
