Fund Summary

The Fund Summary card on your dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of all your fund balances without navigating to the full accounting section.

What You'll See

Total Balance: Combined balance across all funds
Unrestricted Funds: Money available for any purpose
Temporarily Restricted: Funds earmarked for specific purposes or time periods
Permanently Restricted: Endowment funds that must be maintained

Drill-Down

Click on any fund category to see the individual funds within it. Click on a specific fund to go directly to its detailed ledger view with all transactions.

Availability

The Fund Summary card is available on Plus, Pro, and Enterprise plans (plans that include fund accounting).
