Quick Actions

Quick Actions on the dashboard is an eight-slot shortcut launcher—record a gift, open Giving Pages, create a gift invite, and similar daily jumps. It is not the urgency inbox. Late recurring gifts sit in their own card after Needs your attention. Overdue pledges, grants, expenses, and setup work live in that inbox.

The launcher

Staff with Donors access see eight shortcuts from a larger catalog. Select Customize to reorder. The first eight in the editor are the ones on the home screen. Reset to defaults restores the standard set. Create gift invite sits right after Donor quickstart and opens Giving Pages ready to compose an invite.

Late recurring gifts

If you have Donors access, a card after Needs your attention summarizes donors whose expected recurring gift is late (three-day grace, still active in the last 90 days). When the list is empty, the card still shows that you are on track. Click through to the filtered list in Donor CRM. This card is not part of the attention inbox.

Needs your attention

That inbox can include overdue pledges and grants, open accounting-queue items, expenses waiting on you, first-time donors from the last seven days, pending volunteer applications, and leftover setup steps. Each row opens the tool that owns the work.

Good to Know
